The Board of Trustees of the Richard C Malmsten Memorial Foundation has five seats. The chairman is Mr Johan Malmsten, MD, PhD, EconD hc, and the full members are from left Mrs Kristina Franzén, director; Mr Kaj Thorén, director (Treasurer); Mr Henric Diefke, LL.M., member of the Swedish Bar Association (Secretary) and Mr Claes Malmsten, human resources consultant.
